NATIONWIDE LASER SERVICE SUPPORT

The Laser Service Alliance consists of a nationwide network of experienced service groups working together to provide national coverage and reliable service support for laser equipment. If you are a manufacturer or group purchasing agent that would like to discuss system wide support for your organization please click on the appropriate link above.

The Service Alliance itself does not offer individual per call laser service or individual service contracts. For individual service we'll refer you to the local affiliate for a quote.  These are experienced independent service agents.

For individuals, E-mail is the best way to make an initial contact if you include as many specifics on your laser and reported problems as feasible. We can then share that email with affiliates and call you regarding a contact and quote.  We'll make the referral and the local affiliate will contact you.

E-mail a request for individual service to us at info@LaserServiceAlliance.com and include the following:
bulletYour name, address and telephone #
bulletThe make & model of laser or device you wish serviced. If you can provide the serial number and/or date of manufacture off the plate on the back of the unit that will be helpful but not essential for an initial contact.
bulletA description, as complete as possible, of the possible problem or issues with the laser.
bulletWhether anyone else has looked at this issue and what their assessment was.
